Avalon overheating/smoking (2000)

Hey everybody!

I'm new to the forum, so thanks in advance for any help I may receive in the future!

My 2000 Avalon XLS is overheating and smoking from the engine compartment.

Here's what I've checked/noticed:

The coolant level was a bit low, so I refilled it and let it set for a few days. It has stayed full since.

When the car was overheating, the cabin heat did not work.

I turned on the car again today with the coolant full to check and see if one of the radiator fans started to run when I turned the AC on but got distracted when part of the engine started to smoke immediately after starting the car.

Here is a picture showing where the smoke started coming from immediately:

If anyone has any tips or suggestions please let me know!

Thanks

I can add a video of where the smoke is coming from if anyone thinks it'll help!

I would check to see if the hoses are cracked. Check to see if the caps are good also. Check to see if the thermostat is still good.
