2nd Generation Lost 2001 Avalon Master And Remote Keys

Please I need suggestion on these issues :

1. How can I replace my master key and the remote keys. I have been using only the spare key to drive without having access to the security features or program mes. There is a number plate attached to the spare.

2. Cannot see any sticker to show that the timing belt has been changed (106000+ mls). Is there any other way to check if it has bn done ?

3. The weather here in Africa is averagely 39 degrees hot during the day and the radiator fans are always coming up. Should I do something else to make the engine colder ? Does the engine enjoy the heat here ?

Cheers and best regards
