How to Change the Fuel Filter???

Been trying to figureout how to change the fuel filter.... cannot see how the top line comes off. Looks like you need a snap line tool or something? Any ideas on how to get the top line off?

Is this your filter?
Grasp the fuel hose clamp with both hands and then pull up to remove it.

Yes that is it. After the cap pulls off how does the fuel line disconnect? Do I press on it or pull up on a catch or something?
