Instructions on changing the timing belt

All,

I have a 2000 Avalon XLS, and a 2001 Highlander (same engine). We are a little over 100k on both so I am considering changing the Timing belt, seals, waterpump and belt. Before I get into it, does anyone have a recommendation for a source of info on how to do it? A manual or online instructions that are detailed and simple to follow. I have done lots of auto work in the past, but i want to be prepared as much as possible so it goes smoothly.

Thanks in advance.

One online source is Gates.com. Click on the "parts locater and interchange" link to the lower right and plug in your vehicle information, which will provide you with a list of parts needed. If you need additional technical information you can purchase a $15 two-day access to Toyota's Technical Information System (TIS), which is the equivalent of having an online version of the service manual at your fingertips.
