Front Seat Belt Retractor Weak
2003 Avalon XLE. My Driver's Seat Belt retractor is very weak. It sorta retracts, but needs to be "fed". Is this a bad spring or what?. I've been meticulous in keeping the car clean, so I can't imagine it is rust or dirt in the mechanism. Can the retractor be replaced alone, or do I need to replace the entire belt assy? My biggest question is, in what order do the trim pieces need to be removed? So many of the screws are covered it's hard to tell where to start. Thanks in advance for any responses.
