2000 Avalon HID conversion kit Problem( Not turning on)

I bought a 9006 HB4 6000K Xenon HID conversion kit on Ebay. I got it in the mail today and installed it making sure all of the wires were plugged in the correct place but when I turned on the lights it didn't turn on. I'm not sure what's wrong with it. Maybe I need a relay harness or maybe something is wrong with the ballasts or bulbs. So I uninstalled it and put on my stock ones and they worked fine. Help please thanks

switch the polarity from bulb plug to the ballast. cause that was my problem when i installed mine.

But if that doesnt work post pictures of your connection
