Recently my 2001 Avalon started acting funny. It seemed to idle hard suddenly jump in rpms when cruise control was being used on a flat highway. I have a scan gauge II and the code that appeared is P1354. Does anyone have any input on my situation.

Did a search and the P1354 code seems to be related to an oil control valve on the Bank 2 VVT (variable valve timing).
