Advice on Codes (again)

Hello all,
I have a 2001 XL which I have had for three years and loved every minute of it. I have a scan gauge II and recently some codes have popped up along with problems with the car. I'm taking it to a local toyota dealership for a proper look over. The codes that have come up are P0306 which I have found to be a misfire in cylinder 6, P1135 which is an air fuel sensor heater circuit response(I have no idea what that is), P1354 which is bank 2 VVT. Also 3 P0000 showed up which I have seen described as general problem code and can't find the purpose of it. I just don't want to get screwed at the dealership so if anyone has any opinions as to what can be wrong that would be great. Thanks for any advice.

Misfire code probably means you need to replace the plug #6 coil. An air/fuel sensor is similar to an oxygen sensor; the code should tell you if it is Bank 1 (rear of engine) or Bank 2 (front of engine). Front one is pretty easy to access; rear one less so. VVT code seems to have to do with the oil control valve for the indicated bank.
