USA White Smoke thru Exhaust at start-up

I have 2000 Avalon XLS, mileage - 104K. Blows alot white smoke when I start after sitting for a period of time. Going thru a quart of oil every 300 miles. Some have suggested leaking head gasket, PCV value, etc. Stops after 60 seconds. I would assume that the head gasket would always leak if that was the issue.

What color and type of coolant do you use? What does it look like? Is the oil on the dipstick milky? Is that 300 or 3000 miles? What's the service history are you original owner?

White smoke is usually condensation, burning trans fluid or coolant. If its only 60 seconds then it's probably condensation, since its been colder than usual in Florida. Does the engine overheat? Burning 1qt of oil in 3000 miles is possible. Leaking valve seals would usually smoke continuously. Cracked block or internal head gasket leak would also cause continuous smoke as coolant or oil burned.
Are there any signs of gaskets leaking on the engine or oil pan or drips on the ground?

1 quart every 300 miles, Dip stick is not milky. No oil on the ground. Good service history. Looks like I am leaning towards a leaky/cracked head gasket. If the gasket was cracked, would it not smoke all the time?

i read something about valve seal from Google. But that usually links to darker smoke, not white smoke.

If valve seal, someone mentioned it's kind of expensive to fix
