Sorry. My problem was that the wipers would park above the hood line instead of below. I couldn't find the owners manual but someone on the forum had mentioned the "winter" park position, but when I tried to push the wipers back down to the normal setting, they wouldn't budge. I finally found the manual and it states to apply pressure (somewhere around 20 lbs worth) right at the arm/blade connection. I tried that and, sure enough, the blades "popped" back down to the normal position.
