Memory seat issue

Hello,
My 2002 XLS memory seats just stopped working. I can actuate all seat positions manually but neither of the three memory buttons work, no sound at all. I could not determine from the fuse panel which fuses need to be checked. It would seem strange for both SW1 and SW2 to go out at the same time unless #2 (E) was bad, being common. Any help would be appreciated.

Here's a past thread that touches upon a memory seat failure issue....it was all I could find searching the Avalon forum. Don't know if it'll help....

this is kinda along the same question, my seats wouldn't go up and down, had a friend wiggle a wire underneath and they worked, he didn't show me where and I couldn't seem to do the same thing myself, and since my buttons have been sticking do you think a new switch panel would be in order or could he have possibly wiggled a different wire, i seen a lot of wires when i took the seat out and felt a little intimadated so i reinstalled it ASAP! and if a new switch panel would be in order where can i find one other than dealer, the junk yards up here in Ohio dosen't seem to be able to get avalons, guess they don't break down.
