Canada Engine does not rev when pressing gas pedal

I have a 2004 Sienna. I had to jump start it today (need to replace the battery). I have a "check engine" light on. Vechicle starts ok, idles fine. However, when I press the gas pedal - RPMs move up to 1100 and nothing more. No power, vechicle will move at about 2mph.

I checked for a clear air way - no problems there. I have not checked anything else as I had to leave the vechicle on the side of the road.

Ideas?
Thanks
Greg

low voltage may have you in limp mode. try and charge/replace the battery and have your alternator checked then you can diagnose the problem better. it may solve your problem when you fix your voltage problem. The vehicles computer expects a certain voltage for the sensors to work correctly.

I picked up a OBD2 reader today and found P2118 which appears to be a blown fuse for the accerater pedal. I will check this out tomorrow. It could be form when my son jump started the van perhaps he connected the battery wrong.
