How is this 04 Avalon XLS

Hi, guys, i have to get a car and just found this one.
04 Avalon XLS, with leather, 6-disc changer, moon roof, all options, condition looks nice and the mileage is 83166 now. Three owners previously. Seller ask for $10,800, close to Kelly Blue book fair condition price
There is one accident record on the Carfax report and seems like not a big deal. It is described as this in Carfax

my major concern is the reliability and comfortable condition.
How do you think about this car? Is it worthy?

Only way to tell is take it to your mechanic and have them look it over. Should plan on them spending between 1 and 2 hours doing it, so could cost about $100. Money well spent.
