You are not going to find the mythical loose wire or poor ground. I know there are several fuses that are tied into the lighting circuit on the car. I would check every fuse both under the hood and under the dash. If everything is good, the last culprit is going to be the multiplexer unit that controls basically every input and output signal for lights, turn signals, abs lights, ect....
