USA Power door lock problem

2000 Avalon xls
I have developed a problem with my power door locks. It happened after i cleaned the car interior floor and seats, but don't know if this is related to the problem which has Strange symptoms:

If my ignition key is in the on position not (ACC) all door locks work properly from the driver door control switch. The remotes do not (I believe that is normal when the ignition key is on.) When I turn the key to the off position and remove the key all the door locks continue to work properly from the driver door central control switch as well as the remote transmitters. Except they only work for about 2-4 seconds then nothing works. This includes the trunk release. It's almost like they are on a some timer that turns off. I don't believe it is a programming problem. Anyone out there that has experianced this problem or that knows where i should look. I dont have a schematic diagram so am at a loss as to what it might be.

Thank you

Many thanks for the help getting the schematic diagram for the locks. I should be able to trace the problem down with that.
