Gauges wont work

i have a 2000 toyota avalon xls . when i turned on my car today none of the gauges worked , my multi info panel and my milage wouldnt even come on . i checked all the fuses and i have power every where else . does anyone know what the problem could be ?

We had a past thread with the same issue and the OP said the information in this link corrected his instrument panel problem. I can't vouch for it, but it's worth a look.

Just happened to mine too. Disconnect the battery for a few minutes and let the system reboot. It solves the problem.

God I love this forum! Had the same issue after installing my optima this weekend. Thought I was going to have to spend assloads of cash to fix it.
