Ignition Problems 2000 XLS

I am experiencing ignition problems with a 2000 Avalon XLS. The "VSC" light is on. The codes read are P0300, P0301, P0303, P0305, and P1349. Which are multiple misfire, cylinder 1,3, and 5 misfire. p1349 is a manufacturer specific code, I have no idea what P1349 is. I was told I needed to change the ignition coils for cylinders 1,3, and 5, but it did not help the problem.

Looking for some help, thanks.

Lucky you

Search under "oil control valve" and you will get the info you need.
Seems this is getting rather common. What is your mileage and oil change history, for my own info? Thanks

Thanks. I have 315000 miles, I just bought the car from my dad, it had been garaged for a few years so I'm not sure of the oil change history.

Welcome to ToyotaNation.
Dad probably has all the history for you, that's good. The OCV are a rather straightforward change, as you probably read. Check the timing belt mileage, supposed to change it every 90k.
Enjoy your new ride!
