Heat - 1 side hot - 1 side cold

Good morning, I have an issue here. Turned on the heat this weekend, And literally froze my wife. My side was hot, no matter what I did, fooling with the dual zone and all, her side never got hot. Is this a fuse issue or something?

Thanks

What year is your Avalon and trim? Is your AC/heat controlled by turning the knobs or by pressing on the button? If you control the AC/heat by turning the knob, the cable on the passenger side might be lose.
