Question Erratic Fuel Gauge

2002 Avalon fuel gauge reads low (under 3/4) after filling tank. All other instrumentation is functioning properly. Have not been able to find much discussion on topic and what I have found does not sound like the sending unit is the problem. Thank you

Unhappy Fuel Gauge Not Accurate

I have recently developed the same problem with my 2002 Avalon. I have been able to rock the car while filling the fuel tank and sometimes the fuel gauge will read correctly, but it is not consistent.
