00 Avalon idle vibration

Hey guys!

I've lurked here for nearly a year reading all kinds of posts and I've got a question for you all. I have a 2000 Avalon XLS and lately I've noticed that occasionally at idle I'll feel a heavy vibration(from the engine) whenever the high fan kicks in on the radiator and usually it subsides once the fan shuts down. Now I'm unsure if the fan is actually the problem or if it could be something else that just happens to sympathetically vibrate whenever the fan kicks on. It does have a very slight vibration that can be felt while the car is running, but it's very pronounced as soon as the fans kick on. Could it be a mount of some sort? Or just the fan out of balance? Looking at the fan blade while on I don't see anything that's warped. I'd like some ideas on things to check other than just the fan(if it gets ruled out) I appreciate your thoughts and comments! Oh, the car idles between 700-800 RPM from what I see on the tach and if I gently raise the RPM a tad the vibration goes away.
