suspension upgrade

anyone replace their stock suspension on their avalon? i replaced the shocks on my 98 avalon, to kyb gr2 shocks, but im pretty disappointed. they are too loud when going over bumps, and im getting a lot of noise from the front right shock. it sounds like the shock dust boot is just moving around but im not sure. anyone have that noise before?

so what would be a good suspension upgrade? i dont want it real stiff at all, i want it pretty soft and comfortable, so i dont feel bumps and potholes that much.

thanks

Does your Avalon car bottom scrape a lot over dips and potholes?

I have currently have oem struts and the rear strut mount is broken causing a loud noise when I go over bumps. I'm soon getting some gr2's and replacing the strut mount. I'm pretty sure that the noise will then go away.

Have you checked your strut mounts?
