Need help with speaker replacement

Can anyone instruct, or at least direct me to some specs., regarding how to gain access to the speakers in the front doors of a 2000 Avalon XLE? Looks like I'll be needing to relace my front JBL premium sound system speakers.

Any suggestions for decent speaker replacements and what size?

Thanks.

Avalon XLS you mean haha. I dont know how to do the older cars. Why do you "need" to replace them?

Sounds like my front (passenger side) speaker has partially blown. I'm still getting music, however it's accompanied by a substantial buzzing (vibration) noise, especially at the lower frequencies. I beleive the midrange woofer cone is partially torn, while the tweeter still sounds fine. If I repace this speaker with an after-market, I should replace the driver's side as well to match them.

Overall I've enjoyed the system these past five years, and hope to hang onto the car for another five, especially since it is paid off.
