wheel offset.

Hey all,

I'm in the market for a new set of wheel and tires.

I have an 02 avalon. Im think of going 17' or 18"s not sure yet. my wife also drive this car and im not sure if she will take care of it..

anywho, what i need to know is, what is the offset for our wheels...

any help would be nice...

35 would prob be the best offest 35-40mm

are you SURE its not +50mm?

125 front wheel horsepower with major retard issues between 4500-5200RPM -
OD switched off, even when not in 3rd results in major power loss/rpm drop.

I have +40mm rims on my avalon right now it looks good. THey could acutally be pushed out another 10mm so 30 or 35mm would look best.

I think I'll stay around 35-40 offset. BTW,what size wheels do you have on your avie ??

I have 18" Konig Rated R rims on it right now. THe offset is +40. I put some 5mm spacers behind the wheels also to push them out a little bit. I think an offset of +30 would be perfect but +40 is fine too just dont get any rims with over +40 offset. The car is getting lowered as we speak and I planned on taking some pics of it later today when its done so Ill post a link to them later today or tomrrow sometime.

BTW Im gonna be putting 19s on it next month too(cant wait)
