VOGTLAND lowering Springs(review)

I have heard that the intrax springs are crap for our cars so I went ahead and tried VOGTLAND Springs. I must say I have never had such a nice ride in a lowered car. I have owned 5 lowered cars and there is no comparison in the smooth ride. They drop it about 1.5" and the suspesnion feels almost the same as stock even with the soft oem shocks!!! These springs are a the bomb. btw I get them off ebay.

sounds great man...glad u shared this with us. I was thinking about getting them. I saw them on Ebay too, wasnt to sure about trustin that... but good to know

Quick question, if i lower my car with these i.e. 1.5" drop would it be ok to put some 18's on my car?? or should i put rims first and see how that is. Oh yea i have a 1998

O by the way i found a website that sells the vogtland lowering srpings for $170 shipped...i noticed that on ebay they charge like $30 shipping

the reason they feel soft like stock is because youre running soft shocks

Not really. most cars feel super ruff when u put springs on oem shocks. I have dont this many times. Ask the guys how crappy intrax are on stock shocks. It would be even better with some nice tokio blues or somthing else(it would be a little stiffer too) but last longer than the oem ones.

avtually stiffer springs still give a soft ride becaus the shocks handle that..

it will feel ruff becasue itll BOUNCE too much.

itslls till be soft.. just bounce a lot more so it feels shit and handles shit
