Technically, there is no such thing as a 5E-FTE. That's just the name people give to a 5E-FE that's had all the turbo components swapped over from a 4E-FTE.
Personally, I'm not a big fan of this procedure however. The 5E isn't built as strong as the 4E, so I'd be nervous about turning up the boost on it. Plus, the 4E comes with much better cam settings, and is capable of revving higher, so even though it's a smaller engine, it can still put out just as much power, if not more power, than a turbocharged 5E.
