Daytime Running Light System (DRL) is dim

Hello, I've recently purchased an 05 Avalon Limited. The DRL is very dim. When comparing the intensity with other cars on the road, or my previous car, there is no comparison. The Avalon is dim.

Even when I turn on my light switch all the way forward, position 3, it's still nothing to write home about.

I'm a firm believer of daytime lights, but in normal daytime, it doesn't seems to provide high visibility for other motorists. I will admit, night time lighting is the best I've seen, exellent reflecter and spread.

I've settled on using the postion above "auto". At least that way the there is more than just the DRL being on. This also illuminates the rear lights

There are just so few Avalons on the road, it's hard to see what the other Avalons are like.
