I have a serpentine belt that is making noise. It does not appear to be warn. Is their a belt tightening procedure or alignment procedure? Any help appreciated. Thanks

It is probably stretched out. There is an automatic tensioners that regulates the force applied to the belt. Just put a new one on if the belt is original.

Serpentine belt follow-up

Idler pulley and tension pulley replaced today under warranty. Dealer said bearings were noisy causing the whine. Good for another 33K miles.
