mine recline back, but all that comes down is the little hatch door behind the armrest.

btw... we got a 36 x 63 inch replacement screen into my '06 Ltd yesterday to haul it home from Lowe's. That took a bit of playing around! Had to lay both seats back completely flat, angle it just right through the rear door opening (thankfully, our doors open almost perpendicular), and hand it to my wife who ducked under and then put the back end of it back in the rear window area. Once in, the front rested on our headrests for the ride home.... very interesting, but I sure was wishing those seats folded flat then!
