Has anyone knows how to uninstall the headlamp assembly? PLS, thank you

Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side; the procedures listed below are for the LH side.

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

1. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSY (SEE PAGE

76-2 )
2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSY (SEE PAGE 76-2 )
3. REMOVE LH HEADLIGHT ASSY

(a) Remove the 3 retaining bolts.
(b) Pull the LH headlight toward you to remove the LH headlight assy.

and I must to remove the front bumper before i remove the headlamp?

I don't know a way to avoid removing the bumper cover, because it blocks access to the headlamp assembly mounting bolts. Sometimes body shops learn or develop tricks to simplify repairs. I would bring a box of doghhnuts (a form of local currency here in New England) to the nearest Toyota dealer body shop and ask them for some advice.

The bumper cover is not hard to remove, but some of the blind retainers along the horizontal seam between bumper and front fender (just aft of the headlight) usually break and must be replaced. On most Toyota cars, these retainers are used both front and rear and are designed for one-time use only. I recommend ordering replacements in advance.
