Head Light Sensor

Does anyone know where the headlight sensor is located on the dash? Also is there any adjustment to make lights come on sooner at night? I notice when it's raining and pretty dark lights don't come on soon enough. 2007 Limited

On my 2005, it is located where the windshield meets the instrument panel cover, between the two center defroster outlets. It is round, with a dome, and about 1" in diameter.
The dealer can adjust the sensitivity in steps with his CBES software tool (Custom Body Electronics System). Another option is is to cut the bottom from a translucent plastic pill container (around here they are tinted sort of amber), and slip it over the sensor to fool it into thinking it is darker.

Perhaps it is behind the rear view mirror or at the center of the dah up by the
windshield. Good thing to take your car to te dealer so that they can hook it up to the computer and set the light settings.
