Need Info on Extended Warranty

I have an 06 Avalon with 31000 miles that will be off the initial 3 yr warranty in two weeks and an 05 Prius with 28000 miles that's off initial warranty in one month. I've researched the extended warranties available and the wide range of prices. After the research and reading this forum I found a Toyota dealer in KS that has the best price for both cars under the Toyota Platinum Extra Care Extended Warranty.

My question is: Has anyone had experience using the Toyota Platinum Extra Care warranty? Is it truly bumper to bumper like they claim minus the normal wear & tear items? Is it just like the initial 3yr warranty that came with the cars? What I don't want are hassles when the car(s) need repairs.

Would like to know before committing.
