annoying sound when stopping on 2007 avalon

hello,

its been a while but since my warranty ended i cant take my car to dealer.

the problem is, most of the time I break, it makes some weird annoying sound (cant describe the sound) coming from front of the vehicle. I dont think there is any issue with break. Any one having similar issue?

The factory front brake pads have metal projections designed to contact the rotor during braking if the pads are worn to replacement thickness.
