How To Access 12v Plug

How do you get to the power plug (backside) for the one located in the lower console mounted staight down. What to make it hot all the time not switched.

At a minimum, you will have to remove the upper part of the center console. For hints, see: http://members.cox.net/n0v8or/console_removal.pdf

Once removed, you may be able to access the connectors for the power outlets. Green wire is + (accessory) and black/white wire is - (ground). If the connector(s) are still not accessible, the console box (with the rear heat/AC registers) and lower part of the center console may require removal. There are two retaining screws under the carpet in the console box, and 2 that were hidden by the upper console.
To remove the lower part of the console, there are 2 nuts at the rear, and a screw toward the front.
