Rubber plugs in glove box: where do they go

Got a new Toyota Avalon a couple of days ago. There are two packages in glove box that each have two rubber plugs in them. They say To Pre-Delivery inspector: Insert these rubber plugs into the holes of the center floor side member extensions. Not sure where they go but if someone can give me little more precise advice as to where they go I'm sure I can install.

I have called dealer I purchased car from but they are out of town so if someone can help me that would be nice.

Someone else posted on this.

Thought the answer was these went under the chassis to fill the holes where the tie downs where installed for transport. The dealer is supposed to install these during delivery prep, thus the dealer should know.

You are correct. I found the holes and installed the plugs.

Start at the rear of a front tire, then looking toward the center of car you will see a hole about 18" in from the side of car.

For rear look for the rear arrow on the rocker panel that indicates the pinch weld where the jack is supposed to go. From there go in about 6" toward the center of car and you'll see the other hole.

Take it back to the dealer and ask if this was missed on the PDI (Per Deliveery Inspection)
