Has anyone been able to connect a Treo 755p with the 2008 Limited's bluetooth system.? This Limited has a nav system. Thanks!

I know for fact that most cars equipped with Bluetooth technology, including the Avalon, do not recognize all the 1.1 Bluetooth variants out there. Your phone is equipped with version 1.2 of this communication protocol, the latest of all. But I also understand that it is backward compatible with networks utilizing version 1.1.

If you’re doing everything by the book and your Avy still does not recognize your phone, chances are it never will.

Thanks. Once I updated the OS from Sprint the phone connected. I had an older version.
