avalon tires

Hi, just bought 4 michlen "h" rated tires. Thought they were "v" rated. Should this cause problem? Not a speed racer.

H-rated tires are capable of sustaining speeds of 130mph.

That'd probably be sufficient - right?

Thanks Tom, I believe that will do for speed, but is sidewall stiffness much less on an "h" rated tire?

I don't think sidewall stiffness is so much related to the tires speed rating. The speed rating is a measurement of a tires ability to withstand higher temperatures and to retain its shape (flat tire tread surface) during higher rotational rates.
