window wont work after disconnecting battery

I disconnected my negative terminal on my 2007 Avalon to remove the radio. I eneded up having an incorrect connector for what I was doing so I reinstalled the factory radio back into the car after having it out all of about 20 minutes. The only connectors I touched were the two attached to the vent casing around the radio and the ones plugged into the radio. After reconnecting the negative cable, I see that my driver window no longer goes down automatically with the long push of the button. My front passenger window will also not go down with the driver side controls. (it will with the control on its own door). The rear windows work fine with the driver side controls. Also, my sunroof will not auto open or auto close with the long push. It will open, but I have to keep it pushed down until it is done. Is there something I just need to reset since I unhooked the battery? I remember something like this happening in my 4runner in the past. I am hoping it is something simple. Thanks.

NOTE:
Anytime the battery terminal has been disconnected, please initialize the driver’s door
power window and front passenger’s door power window after reconnecting the
battery terminal.

With ignition switch in the “ON” position, do the following:

1. Push down and hold the driver’s door power window switch to completely open
the window.
2. Pull and hold up the driver’s door power window switch until the window closes.
Continue holding the switch for approximately one second until the switch changes
from blinking to a constant illumination.
3. Check for proper operation of the “one–touch open and close” function by fully
pushing the switch briefly to the “DOWN” and “UP” positions.

At this time the power window switch for the passenger’s door window should
be blinking.
4. Push down and hold the passenger’s door power window switch to completely open
the window.
5. Pull and hold up the passenger’s door power window switch until the window closes.
Continue holding the switch for approximately one second until the switch changes
from blinking to a constant illumination.
6. Check for proper operation of the “one–touch open and close” function by fully
pushing the switch briefly to the “DOWN” and “UP” positions.

Sunroof initialization is similar.

Thanks for the info. I didn't have my owners manual with me and I am sure it was in there. Everything is working great now. Thanks again.
