I am not sure about the rest of the interior but the style of the seats won't change from the 2010 Avalon. The only things with the seats that will change our some of the colors and both front seats will be power in all Avalons. Avalons currently have 4 colors for seats which are Ivory, Gray, black and a light gray. The light gray will be dropped and some models will have 2 tone seats. The 2 tone seats are ivory with a lighter ivory and the other is black with a burgundy color.

Also currently the black leather seats don't come with the fans in the seats but they will in the next model. Also like the 2010 model the seats will have the active headrest for the front seats by federal standards.

Active headrest is a feature to help reduce whiplash. Say you are rear ended normally when that happens your body goes forward and then backwards. Well with the active headrest as your body moves backwards your lower back hits a paddle in the seat that automatically will raise the headrest up to help prevent/reduce whiplash. All new Avalons that have been built in the last year and a half already have the active headrest and all new cars must have them by 2011 by U.S. standards.

Showed the 2011 Avalon production date of March 2010

Also new re-designed Avalon confirmed from my dealer- they have all ready seen the re-designed interior.

I think TM is very hush on new AVY right now because they need to move 2010 models

According to me January build book, it is still slated to begin production in February for a March launch. No new photos that I have seen. In the chicago region, there will be 506 built for february and 373 for march. These are build dates, not delivery to the dealer dates.

EDIT: Just spoke with my owner. I asked if he had seen any pics yet. After a slight hesitation (he has deciding whether to lie to me or not), he said he hasn't. He did throw me a bone and let out that the national unveiling will be at the Chicago Autoshow in February. He did also say that the new interior is COMPLETELY different and it has a real navigation in it, not a joystick control. Also, the exterior was barely noticeable. So look for online pics around Feb 11th.

Come to think of it, he knew quite a bit about it for someone that has never seen the car.. hmm....

The 2011 Avalon is only getting a mid-year redesign.Probably just front and rear bumper and lights and maybe a few new colors.

CVANDY, that is true for the exterior. But the interior is completely different. Toyota gutted the whole thing and started fresh. The 2012 or 2013 will get a major exterior change. Assuming sales are brisk enough for it and it stays in the lineup.
