2006 airbags

Got hit on the drvers side of my 06 Avalon. It popped the side current and seat airbag on the drivers side only. I have located the two airbags and am wondering what senors I should change or if they reset on themselves and I will just have to reset/clear the computer. I have been told a lot of stories just trying to do it right. The car is being repaired as we speak and I think there are two senors on the drivers side. I found one in the lower door piller and the other is somewhere in the rear door, I think. Any thoughts on how to trouble shoot this airbag light as I am assuming it will be on when the repairs are finished. Thanks for your thoughts.

I would think that who ever is fixing you car would reset the airbag sensors once the new airbags are installed. I do know for the seat airbag that the back of our seat will be a new seat back. I work for the company that builds the Avalon seats and I personally build 4 or 5 new seat backs a week to replace the ones were the airbags have been deployed.
