automatic seat adjustment

My 2007 Lim with Nav and laser is a very nice car. I enjoy the ride and am even getting used to the NAV. My problem is the seat adjust memory does not seem to work. I have tried to set the seat for my wife and for me. It does have 3 settings but none of them are working. Before I take it to Toyota can some one give me an idea to fix it?

Try putting the seat in the position you want it to memorize. Then press and hold the set button and push 1 or 2 (whichever one you want to set.) That should work.
