Differences between these two iPod interface kits.

So I am currently shopping around for an iPod interface kit to install in my 2008 Avalon. I found two Toyota iPod interface kit models, both are given the same description, the pictures look the same, functionality seems to be the same. The two things that are not the same are the prices and part numbers: PT545-00082 is roughly $230 and the PT545-00082-CK is roughly around $50. It looks and sounds like they are exactly the same cable and if anyone knows anything about this, please help!

well i just got the 00082 and the manual says it does everything u can do on the ipod cheeck me out on car domain.com hghflyrjd1 i have pics on there
