2005 Toyota Avalon-vibration problem

Just bought the car few weeks ago and noted strange vibration trough the seats on speed over 40 mph.-it not come from the steering wheel.
Went to Totota dealer-they say the problems is from the tires.Few days later i installed brand new tires along with alignment check but the problem still exist.Any idea.Thanks.

if you feel the vibration in the seat it's coming from the rear. Try rotating the tires - if the problem persists in the rear it's not the tires/wheels and needs to be checked further (not something easily done via the internet).
