Chrome Mirror Covers/ Wood Grain Kits/Chrome Door Handle Covers

Hello Ladies/Gentlmen:
I currently have a 2005 Avalon Limited and hoped that someone on this site could provide some insight for me. I am trying to ascertain if the exterior mirror dimensions are in fact the same between the 2005 Avalon and the 2007 Camry(both are non-folding). I am looking to add some chrome accent mirror covers to my Avalons mirrors. I am well aware that the exterior/ interior upgrades for the Avalon are indeed limited as it is not a volume seller such as the Camry. I am guessing/hoping that one of you guys/gals either owns both or knows some one that does(for a direrct comaprison). I am about to add a full wood grain kit as well. I have narrowed it down to the following: E Dash Kit--TAAN05F--$280(44 pcs)(they finally added the insert for the stop/start switch) and Dr. Dash Man--(Bene-Vento BE_BVRW-7826 FMS) $284(43 pcs). The difference in price between the two is esentially a wash. I am also looking for some chrome door handle covers. Anyone have a line on those? The chrome pillar posts would just be overkill--- I will take a pass on those for now. What do you guys think of these mods/upgrades? I welcome your input.

I just ordered an Oliveburl dash kit and chrome door handle covers. I also got a perforated leather/wood shift knob and LED map/dome lights. I'll be doing all the installs at once sometime in March as some of the pieces haven't arrived yet. I got the chrome door handles from Hong Kong (eBay), but it was worth the wait. I have them on my LS430 and SC430 and they are shiny and have lasted pretty long!

It's hard to say if the Camry and Avalon mirrors are the same without having two of them available to compare. However, in looking up part numbers for mirror covers I find that there's a p/n listed for the Camry and, at the same online store, there's none available for the Avalon. Leads me to think that they may not be alike.

As far as what I think about the mods you're putting on - I think there's a very fine line between 'Sweet!' and 'Mexican Pickup Truck'. Know when to stop modding.
