Replacing Fog Lights

So my friend came over a few days ago and he had his headlights and foglights on. he drives a 2002 lexus gs300 and its a beautiful car, what made it a little bit nice was that the car came stock with HIDs and Amber (yellow) fog lights. that combination is awsome and after doing some research i found out that the bulbs are clear and that there is a yellow reflector in it. well after doing some more reseach i found that they do make bulbs that are yellow and that you can just swap them out. now i have 3 questions for you guys.
1. are there any dependable sites out there where i can find those bulbs at for a decent price.
2. how can i install the bulbs, like how do i get to the bulbs and what i have to remove ( pics would be nice)
3. and what size are the bulbs

thanks guys

I'm not sure how to access the fog light bulbs, but from reading, they are standard 9006 headlight bulbs. I believe its in the owners manual for bulb type. I'm sure to swap the bulb you just have to remove the black plastic cover under the front bumper.

Just remove the 4 outermost screws from the black plastic cover nearest the fog lights. You don't need to drop the whole tray under the bumper, just the screws on the end. Reach in and give the bulb about a quarter turn and they are out. 9006 I believe.

Just what I needed.

I just ordered a set of PIAA xtreme white plus 9006 to compliment my 08 touring HID headlight.
Cheapest I found is Amazon $58 with free shipping.
I love PIAA.

Even though you can just change the bulbs which are 9006, They will be brighter if you change them out to HID 3000K (Yellow) which is easy to install. Just put the car on a ramp and drop the plastic cover on the bottom which requires removing a couple of screws and clips. It is easy and will only take about an hour to install. I installed these together with my 4300K OEM headlights. You can get them cheap from wholesalexenonhid.com ( I am not promoting, they are just cheap)

I agreed on the HID kit is better than just replaceing the bulb. But I don't want to mess with the wiring.
I have standard HID headlight on my touring model. The PIAA will compliment it.

The PIAA will work and compliment very similar to the HID 3000K. I did not want to mess with my Limited Avy but installing the HID kit was easy and plug and play. No splicing of wires or anything. Some other users want to see what my lights look like with the OEM HID and HID fog lights and now the ground effects kit I just put on. I will post them once the weather clears up here so you can see.

Thanks

This is pissing me off. I tried to install the fog light bulb this morning, but found out the bulb is actually
H11, NOT 9006 as stated in my owners manual. Any reason why Toyota state 9006 in the owner's manual?

I have a 08 Touring model with HID headlight.

Thanks.

Guess I better double check mine before I buy new bulbs. I have an 07. I wonder if they changed the bulb type between 05-07 and 08-10 and forgot to update the manual.

Yeah, check it before you buy.

I have a set of 9006 PIAA xtreme White Plus for sale, bought it from Amazon at $58 opened it but obviously never installed after comparing the H11 to 9006.

Willing to sell it $40 shipped. Anyone interested?

Brand new, never install since my 08 touring only take H11 bulb, although the owner manual list it as 9006.
