2005 Avalon Limited - Side Door Tear

My 2005 Avalon Limited has developed a small tear in the passanger door panel. Although the seats are leather, the side panel is most likely Pleather (Plastic leather).

I would like to fix this before the tear becomes a larger issue, any remedies or solutions?
