It's a 2008, take it to the dealer, it's under warranty.

C1203 says:

Engine, drive source and destination variations that are sent from the ECM do not match the ones of the skid control ECU.

Remedy is to replace the ECM according to the service manual.

Sounds like you'll need a new ECM, or need to find a dealer somewhere over in that area that can replace it for you.

Its possible, if there is mismatched equipment on it. Is your trac/abs/vsc warming lights staying lit up? Can you take photos of the rear brakes?

Ok, so those pics you sent me, is that of the left rear and right rear, or were they one of the fronts and one of the rears? Because those are the right pads if they are a set of fronts and rears.

Wow, that is definitely wrong. The smaller pads in your picture are the correct size for the rear, and the smaller caliper they go to should be correct. Your ecm is probably fine, since the incorrect brake hardware is on one side of the axle.

YEAH ABS sensors read the brake rotation. Who messed with such a new car?
everything works better when you have the right parts.
