2010 Avalon Limited Pulling to the right

I bought a 2010 Avalon Limited with the Michelin Energy tires on it back in March. The car currently has 2000 miles. Its my weekend car and I don't drive it much. The first week I got it I noticed a light pull to the right. I took it back to Toyota and they aligned the front end. I also asked them to check the tires. The mechanic said the front end was a little out of spec. On the way home it was STILL pulling to the right. I took it to a different dealer last month who said the tires were fine, and I needed to take it back to the dealer who worked on the frontend. Back to the first dealer last week. Here's my question.
I didn't watch the entire time but I did see the mechanic swap the right front and right rear wheels. Then he test drove it. Back on the rack. Then..he swapped the right front and left front. Test drove again. He was done. The dealer said two tires were bad and the mechanic had put both on the rear. HUH? If both bad tires were on the rear, why swap the front left and right? The service writer said I needed to contact Michelin for the tire warranty. I drove home..no more pull. BUT...now it does not track very well at all. It seems to wander in all lanes.
Michelin has agreed to replace two tires for free. I called the service writer back. He said if the rear has a bad tire, it will cause the car not to track properly. Any thoughts here?

My first thought is you don't have a very reliable service department. There's all sorts of reasons why a car would pull in one direction; alignment, tires, dragging brake calipers, wheel bearings...

If they've narrowed it down to two bad tires and now the issue is that the car wanders the first thing I would do is verify that the tires aren't over-inflated. Set them to 32psi all around and drive the same road again. Next on the list would be to rotate the tires front to back and drive it again. If the issue persists - now swap the left front with the right front and try it again. Lastly, I would take it to a reputable body shop that can not only verify the alignment but can also verify the body to frame mounts.

Try the simplest approach first and hope for the best.

I noticed all my toyota pull to the right (97 Camry, 01 Highlander, 04 Sienna, 06 Avalon) at some degree. Maybe I hit too many potholes

Since your 2010 is pretty new, you should have them address your concern asap. Good luck
