I wanted to get a 2011 basic White with Black leather and no Sun Roof and was told my the dealer that you can't get on without a Sun Roof.

They lost a sale because of this requirement.

You are aware that the sunroof is a standard feature and built in to the body at the factory. There's no avalons without them. They don't charge extra for it.

Can I ask what the issue is with having a sun roof? I'm just curious.

they cut down the trim level from XL, Touring, XLS, Limited to only 2 for 2011.
before 2011, XL does not have sunroof. Maybe you can look for 2010?
