It's possible that it's a mirror from another car. Most mirrors mount to doors in very similar ways. For that matter, it could just be an aftermarket piece as well.

Tom
I have a set of 2004 Lexus ES330 mirrors that I will be test fitting this weekend. If it bolts up and if the plug for the harness is the same I'm in luck and getting the LED mirror cover is easy. I'll keep everyone posted over the weekend.
Hmmm i wonder..Are they heated mirrors?Ill be looking into these.IM LIKING THE DOOR HANDLES WITH THE LIGHT ONE EM TOO..light UP WHEN DOORS ARE Unlocked and blink with signals...hmmm

They are nice, a couple of other members here from the Carmry Boards have them, as well as the LED side Mirror's. I do think that you have the option for heated mirrors also.

So how do you close and open the mirror? is it on a switch or what?

You have the option to wire it to the ignition so they fold out when you start the car, or wire the folding to a switch something like the JDM cars that come with this option.
