05 avalon limted smart key

I bought an 05 avalon ltd sometime ago, i needed another smart key, bought a used one toyota told me it wont work these cant be used, programmed once this is crazy i said, anyone have any ideas about how to get around $230 for a new key. this car is push button start no key required but must have smart key (transmitter)

i ran into that before and was told couldn't be reset. BUT if you search, you will see it CAN be done. Just need to take it to a locksmith to clear the code. Probably not your regular locksmith but someone really knows what to do.
